I have a 2019 ram 2500 and the a/c heater module broke. I called all ram dealers and they told me the part cannot be ordered and basically said my truck needed to be replaced as it was a safety concern because I could not control my climate controls (or defrost). One phone call to parts panel and they shipped on down from Brampton to their oakville location and got me the replacement I needed the next day. If you own a mopar vehicle, skip the dealers (as they don't care) and contact parts panel so they can get you what you need at a way better price then the dealer will.
I spoke with neymat on the phone about an inquiry of a part for a charging hub for a newer Silverado, he was extremely friendly and helpful In trying to get me the part either VIA shipping or coming to this location to pick it up, ended up being able to get it for 20 plus tax when the part goes for 46, extremely happy with the service of this place and will be using parts panel as my choice for replacement parts used at a good quality, overall very happy with my experience today

Picked up an interior door panel for my GMC Sierra today. I don't live in Toronto so I had to ship it back home across the country. The guy at the front desk was very helpful, and helped me package it up ready for me to ship it back home so that i didnt have to try and do it in my hotel room with no shipping supplies like cardboard boxes/tape etc. Thanks for the help folks! I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for vehicle parts.
Good product knowledge Found out their parts come from places all over canada especially from sask where salt is not used on the roads They had a good selection and choices of colors and styles for the body parts we needed If you need auto parts put these guys in your favorite as that what they do and specialize in

I had damage to my truck , the bumper and tailgate. It was a big job and parts panel helped me through everything ! They were very responsive and helpful and had everything delivered and ready on time! On top of that , they painted the bumper and tailgate and installed everything for me . I’m not from Toronto area but was coming I to the city for personal reasons. I was concerned that things would not work out …. But I was completely wrong! These guys are the best ! I will be back and I will recommend them to everyone. A++++service from start to end! Impressed!
