We had an amazing experience with Rooms To Grow, and working with Andrea was an absolute pleasure. We traveled from Kitchener to visit the showroom, and it was well worth the trip. Products we received were great, however our glider took 3.5 months to be delivered. We paid for delivery to Hamilton. When it was delivered, the wrong mattress was delivered and we were told we had to go to the store to exchange it and we would not receive a delivery refund (for the delivery wait or for having to exchange mattresses on our own).
