I ordered a brio rail and road set and train for my son to get a head start on Christmas shopping. Package arrived quickly and was packaged with a lovely thank you note and a couple extra gifts. Very cute store. It is by the lake, so there is a beautiful view as well. I came at opening to pick up an item, and I think it was the owner...but she was so nice and friendly. I would definitely come back again...and I will ! Love the plant initiative!! Happy to have contributed from my purchase
I placed a $16 order for toys shipped to the U.S. The website stated that I would be responsible for taxes and import duties, but it never disclosed the additional $30 UPS brokerage fee required on delivery. Had the order been shipped via USPS, the brokerage cost would have been far lower. I emailed the company twice and received no reply for ten days.

Been saving this as a place to visit for a long time and finally was in town to check it out. Loved their selection and they had many Canadian brands too. They also had lots of Holztiger animals. Customer service was fantastic and kind. Love supporting a small business. Definitely worth checking out!!
Amazing!! My order arrived VERY quickly and shipping was very affordable. There isn’t many options to buy planetbox accessories in Canada and they carry them which is incredible. There was even a thank you card with a little kitty pin for my daughter. 10/10 will be shopping here again.
