I had a wonderful experience at Lucy’s Boutique & Alteration. I had 3 dresses that required alterations for my Wedding, some of which were quite complex. Ban’s attention to detail and dedication is truly incredible. She was extremely patient as we had to pivot quite a bit through the alteration process. I had also lost quite a bit of weight which complicated things further. Ban is a problem solver and came up with solutions on the spot. I fully trusted her throughout the entire process and she really made me feel at ease. She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, and would not stop until we achieved it. The final results were absolutely incredible and I can’t thank her enough. I recommend Lucy’s for all your alteration needs!
I had jacket with a dome that kept popping open. When I took it in to the store, I was told I wouldn't be charged if they couldn't fix it. Luckily when I went in, it was fixed! It works perfectly. This repair was worth far more than the $20.00 they charged me, as the jacket couldn't be worn. I would highly recommend Lucy's to any one needing repairs to an item of clothing.
These ladies are not only a pleasure to deal with... they do fantastic work. I had a 20 year old dress coat that they restored better than new, as well as dresses and pants altered that fit fantastically. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service by Ban and Eman, these two charming ladies took my dresses to be altered for my son's rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, and even made a chiffon shawl with darts to match one dress. Beautiful invisible stitching and magic happened to alter the impossible making it possible. I highly recommend going to Ban and Eman for alterations and their Boutique for bridal gowns and accessories.
The sisters at Lucy's are absolutely amazing!! They were able to save the day with two very last minute alterations: a wedding dress and a mother of a bride dress. We are forever grateful!
