Walked in yesterday and I got the vibe that this place is scamming people. The items are cheaply made, cheap quality and wayyy overpriced. The girls in there give mean girl energy - I imagine to make customers feel like this is a "luxury" store. I did not buy anything because I could see right through their bullshit. My cousin unfortunately bought a couple of items, and came back the next day to exchange a top. Unsurprisingly, this sketchy store does not do exchanges or returns, no matter what. Do not waste your money here. Please pay attention to the quality of the items and their pricing. I am willing to bet that these products are factory made in Turkey or India, bought for $10-20, and sold for $300+.
1. Rude salespeople. 2. Overpriced merchandise. Don't waste your time. And clearly from previous reviews on here, they only care to respond to positive feedback and not solve the issues they obviously have that the majority agree on.

Walked in and at least got. Hello . But wow the looks up and down . Did not feel invited for asked if I needed help . Was in the mood to spend money as I need a new wardrobe but that won’t be happening
I recently visited this store and had a disappointing experience due to the extremely rude staff and the exorbitant prices. The customer service was far from friendly, making my visit uncomfortable. Additionally, the high costs of their products left me questioning the value for money. I would not recommend this store to others.
Sales associates were rather rude. They were talking poorly about other clients while there were customers in the store. I was looking at the racks and the sales associate thought it’s appropriate to jump infront of me to put clothes back multiple times. A smile and kind gestures would be best coached to
Outstanding clothing selection and wonderful service! Best part, the clothes are imported from Italy, so they have a European flare. Definitely one of my go to shops in Oakville.
