Been getting gas and lottery tickets there for years and always good experience. Was in line last night waiting to pay and some indian guy behind me cut in front of me. He started talking to the casher in indian and she responded in kind. Not sure what they said but he left before me and i was in front of him in line. He was very rude and i cant beleive the casher would let him go before me.
A gas pump malfunctioned when I was filling up in November, 2022, spilling gas on myself, my car, and the ground. I was told by multiple representatives of both the gas station and its parent company that it was my fault. It wasn't. They refused to do anything to compensate me for the damage, even after explaining the pump had been subsequently repaired.
8 pumps, 2 diesel. Large open convenience store a little dark. Independent ATM and Independent coffee station. Large green space in the back. A good amount of parking.
Friendly, but apparently they don't rotate their stock, because they sold me expired cigarettes and refused to replace them. They said they had 12 packs and cartons are 10. So these people would've had to sell 8 packs from a new carton, while the cigarettes they sold me sat collecting dust till I came in.
Went on to gas on a very cold day. Tapped the card and it lit green and beeped. Filled up and drove out. Waiting to merge into the street I was knocked on window by employee about not having paid yet and bringing up the price figure as if I did not now about it. Bad for employee who had to leave post behind counter and go out chasing me out in the cold. Lucky for him I was stopped waiting for traffic to go through. Bad for me who had to back-up and go pay inside with doubts of being double-charged. Suggested to employee they better change the tapping system. Green an beep means good to go and the card is charged to whatever amount you load. That is the way I gas up in so many other places for the quickness of the service and great customer and service provider satisfaction. If that is not the case there then simply disable the tapping beeping green. I took the time to write down this since the employee at the time did not seem to understand my suggestion. An unpleasant experience especially because of that.
Best gas price in Oakville Cheapest and Best quality gas I have to say. My car engine runs really nice and smooth. Friendly and awesome staff. Will come back for sure ✌️?
