Very un helpful Staff, came for Carwash and Vaccum at this location. Vacuum wasn't working and physically sign is almost not readable. Machine is out of service but still accepting the $$ and App QR code to start. I went inside and asked if I can get another voucher. The guy instantly said it's third party and they will handle this issue I cannot give you any other voucher. I am very much disappointed that person inside not ready to help and instead advised me to spend another more dollar use the vacuum and get refund. I want someone from Petro Canada to give me some insight on this.
There was an issue with the car wash and when I went to go let the cashier know, he gave me a free pass and let me wash it again. Very nice and now my car is beautiful . Whoever he is give him a raise
There carwash is closed again today. Its been happening every Tuesday idk why? I have got a season pass but the carwash is closing every week even though its 24/7. But I will also say girl working there maybe Damnpreet handled the situation and lineup good. The other day she also explained me about caremakers which I was asking every other gas station . But please resolve issue with carwash asap or give my season pass money
Pressure is too high in the water systems. This is the only touchless wash I have access to nearby. I was barely able to save my car from this pothole today. It may look normal but this is a deep one. Can cause damage to rims/suspension. For once, please listen to numerous complaints and lower the pressure. Fix this. Do better
This is 5th time the car wash has ruined my products. This is worst from this petro Canada. Today my $1800 worth of products got damaged. I’m gonna sue this petro Canada for sure. See you at court
I filled gaz from pump no 3 ( clean plus) , so It looks and I felt that it doesn't pump gas while meter is running without pumping gas until about 4 dollars then started to pump after that, I informed the cash ,he promised to check without showing any tension
The Petro Canada of 1020 Dundas St West, Oakville runs with a faulty car washing system that goes out of service very often. My car got damaged after the chain derail the car from the track. Passenger side Mirror broke and passenger side door, wheel cover, left panel side was scratched in multiple spots because they're faulty car wash system. They don't fix the system and neither took any responsibility or paid for the damages. It was kind of life threatning situation as the system pulls the car forward inside car washing system out of track and I had no control or way to get out of it. I strongly advise not to use this faulty car wash system.
