The staff here is usually kind and polite. However, today I picked up a box of powdered donuts. As soon as I left the store I noticed they were moldy with green, fuzzy mold. I returned and asked for an exchange, the guy working there Thursday, August 28 at 7 pm was incredibly rude but said fine get an exchange. I went to change it and to my surprise most of the donuts were green with mold or had spots. I went back and asked to just get a refund instead. This guy started being condescending and acting like he didn't know what I was talking about. By then I had given the moldy box back to him and he tried to keep it from me like I never bought this item or something. Eventually he gave me my refund and he slammed the change on my hand so hard that some coins fell out. This is unacceptable and the fact that this employee will go out of his way to berate customers over a moldy donut is insane.
Disgusting stocking products 2 months past expiration tried to order a few things off Uber and the cookies came like this with green mold spewing out the side I wouldn’t shop here unless you want to get sick cheers over charging people for rotten food get a grip…
Worst store I've ever been to. The staff is just horrible. The worst customer service I've seen in any supermarket /grocery store. All employees who work here are horrible at their jobs, especially the Middle Eastern guys. The only reason this place is in business is its the only store open 24 hours and people from the apartment buildings around have no other choice. Management definitely needs to give extensive training to all the employees.
you can frequently find moldy bakery items on the shelves and most of their produce is bruised and of poor quality prices are inflated obviously since they can leverage their convenience to jack it up
Its like a 24 hr quick grocery store with prices a bit higher than standard . Its small and compact and does not offer everything like a Walmart . Ut has a sushi parlor and a Tim Hortons inside.
I go here somewhat often because of the convenience. It's a decent enough store. The staff at checkout are sometimes nice sometimes rude. Hostile if you ask questions about items priced wrong at checkout. One time I went in here a crazy lady started screaming at me and making a scene for no reason. Not my favorite place to shop.
Great location. Fantastic for grabbing something quickly on a holiday or late at night. They've got a new Tim Horton's location right inside now too, bonus!
