A great work out with energized coaches. Christine and Sandra are my favourite as they make the 1 hour workouts go by super fast. Love that all participants a variety of ages, sizes and a mixture of men and women. The offer trial classes so check it out if youre interested!
Shoddy sales practicesI purchased a Christmas gift package for my kids. And expected one time charges. The studio charged me for monthly membership in April and May. Had to dispute the charges to get them reversed. I personally like OrangeTheory and regularly use. My kids felt the salesperson was trying to pull a fast one and decided to not continue membership. This is very bad business practice. It appears to be studio specific as I have not had any issues with my membership from other studios. Customer beware!!!

Used to be a member! Is pricy but the classes and coaches made it worth it all! Music was amazing and loved the space, would def go back but wish the prices were not so high!
