I always find my way back to Nancy. I get lots of compliments on my hair cuts asked frequently who my stylist is. I have fine, straight hair and Nancy works her magic to add texture and body. She's the best.
I took my daughter to this salon for a haircut and style and the end result was beautiful! Angeline did an amazing job with my daughters hair, I would highly recommend her! We will definitely be coming back again. The salon was clean and prices were fair! Thank you Angeline!
I have been a client of Angeline's for 18 years, for Japanese hair straightening. She does it twice a year and leaves my hair silky straight, wash and go, no damage, no hassle. I highly recommend Angeline and this hair straightening procedure. You will NOT be disappointed.
First visit was great. Second visit wasn't. Waited half an hour for my turn, got wet down my back and my head got tossed about during the wash. I had neck surgery a year ago so I was very nervous and uncomfortable. Then when I got home, I noticed one side of my hair is longer than the other. :( I will probably give the salon another try but would ask for different stylist next time. I actually didn’t ask for her the first time. I asked for Nancy (based on review here) but when I got there, she asked another stylist to do mine. I am wondering if my stylist was assigned another client just before my arrival. I don’t know. If this is their common practice, then this is not the salon for me. Their price is reasonable and people there are friendly. 2nd Review, Jan 17, 2020 Went there for the 3rd time in Dec and everything was fine. Angelina is great and I didn't have to wait. The problem is that I developed some blister-like lesions on my scalp, most noticeably around the edge of my face near the hair line. This has developed gradually over time during the last few months. Since I have very sensitive skin, I ignored it at first, thinking they would go away. It didn't and I finally went to my doctor. Between the two of us, we established that this is a reaction to the hair colouring solution. I contacted the owner about my concern. She became defensive right away, claiming that my problem has nothing to do with the solution they used, that allergic reaction would occur within 48 hours. She refused to stock cream to protect my skin and belittled her staff for even offering to bring some in herself next time (I did ask for some cream to put around the edge of my face in my visits but were told they don't have any). I didn't contact the owner to lay blame. I called to try to find a solution for my future visits and her response was confrontational and unprofessional. I am disappointed with her reaction and attitude and will not go back.
They took me in for an updo on a Saturday, unscheduled, just a few hours before I had to attend a wedding! Due to the circumstances, I didn’t even ask how much- when it came to pay- I was pleasantly surprised with how fair priced they were. So much so, that I booked another updo for another upcoming wedding I had. I truly appreciate Angela and how she accommodated me without notice and did an amazing job- I received so many compliments at both events!
The place is nice, the staff are so helpful and professional. I have been there twice, once with Angilina and another with Kristina and they are both great, they did a nice cut and colour to me as I wanted and Kristina is so skilled, my hair was totally damaged from the previous dyes and she managed to treat it in a convenient style.
I love this salon! Nancy and ladies are all excellent. Very friendly, always on time and above all the service and professionalism is top notch. Nancy has been doing my hair for over 4 years. Amazing.
