Went for a colour correction with Lindsay before the Christmas break 2024. I understood it was a process to undertake, however, the colour was over processed in areas and extremely darker than I had wanted (almost black and I was aiming for light to medium brown). I called after my first few washes to rebook in to lighten up at least partially as my roots are coming in much lighter. I was advised to wait at least two weeks and the hairdresser was very upset and adamant that she stands by her work (not the point). I called after two weeks and left two separate voicemails. No return call from the stylist or the salon. As a customer, I am very disappointed with this salons communications. I had no issues to pay for another service to lighten my hair up. Clearly resolving issues and customer satisfaction is not important. Very disappointed.
Highly recommend this salon! They are all about customer satisfaction. Claudia did my hair and made sure I was happy with it. They were so accomodating as well. Will be returning for sure!!
DO NOT GO HERE. I was at this salon pre covid, went in with my long dark virgin hair and specifically told "Chris" (who everyone here is raging about) i want a few highlights, showed him picture, reinforced i want very little color as it took me years to get my hair back to normal again. i specifcially told him i do not want all over color or an ombre look. He gave me exactly that. what should have been a quick job, he processed half my head in bleach for 5 hrs i ended up with this hot ugly Orange brassy ombre. i had to go elsewhere and get it toned and chopped off to make it look normal. Its been 2 yrs and my hair hasnt been restored. its damaged, breaks, dry and i am so traumautized, i will never let anyone touch my hair again. I went reading reviews to this place and boy was i wrong. I dont know if these are paid reviews but wish i could sue them. What i asked for on the left...versus what i got.. on the right!
Chris went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted! Beautiful and meticulous colour (balayage) and gorgeous cut that suits me perfectly! 10/10 would recommend

Went here for the first time and Lindsay cut and colored my hair - and I LOVE it. The color is perfect and the cut is the best I’ve had in years. I have really curly hair and she cut it so expertly. I’ve even been to “curly hair” salons but this cut was better. I have already booked my next visit! I would definitely recommend Lindsay. Ps- the salon decor is a bit dated but don’t let that fool you, it’s a great place.
Very nice salon albeit a little hard to find at street level. Went in for a cut and style. Chris did a fantastic job: professional, friendly and accomodating.
