Worst haircut experience ever. Absolutely no customer service. They washed my hair and didn’t even bother to dry it after. The haircut itself is a disaster. It is uneven with different lengths everywhere. The machine was pulling out my hair, causing irritation, and the hairline is jagged with no clean line at all. Very disappointed.
I had such a great experience at Clip Salon with Fatima! She’s super professional, friendly, and really talented. I absolutely love how my hair turned out — both the color and the style were perfect. I’m so happy I found her and will definitely come back!
I went in for the second time to get my hair dyed here, second time was with Alex and she did an AMAZING job. I gave her a rough idea of what I was looking for (calico with more black on top) and she achieved it in one go without frying my hair. I’ve had it for almost a month now and my hair is still super vibrant, there’s no blending of colours, and it looks even better pulled into a ponytail!
I was that grumpy shopper / traveller decided to stop for quick cut clean up . The ladies were lovely , cut was great . Unfortunately after cut I paid but didn’t get Option to tip with my debit . Didn’t have cash . Later came back when I couldn’t call a cab without getting redirected all over . I was frustrated but ladies were so patient even offering to help cover and use their uber and I’d reimburse . I had to give up and go elsewhere but I’m thankful I met these two who went above and beyond on Tues sept 22 in the evening
Fatima is absolutely amazing! She truly listens to what you want and gives you exactly that—while still offering great suggestions to make your hair look its best. I’ve never left her chair feeling anything less than confident and beautiful. She’s not only talented with cuts and color, but also so warm and welcoming that every appointment feels like catching up with a friend. I had my hair permanently straightened (keratin treatment) by Sherry, and she did an amazing job! I have thick hair, and she patiently worked for over three hours to achieve a fantastic result. I absolutely love my hair—every time I wash and dry it, I fall in love with it all over again. Thank you, Sherry, for your excellent work!
The first time i came here i went with jasmine she was lovely. This time i booked in with Nicole and she was awful. She spent 30 mins talking me out of getting my hair done. I have never been to a hair salon where they talked you out of your business. I went to the other salon in the mall round the corner and it was no issue they recommended a few other options and they were super nice... much cheaper too. NICOLE IS AWFUL i wont be returning here again I hope the managers get rid of her she clearly doesn’t need the money. I left work early to make this appointment also. She wasted my time!
