Best hairdresser I've ever been to, Dyana does a brilliant job on my hair and it's such a warm, inclusive place I love going there to get my hair done!
From start to end, I had THE BEST experience at Beloved. Dyana listened and advised with so much honesty and care. She allowed me to send pictures via text of what I had in mind and she then explained how the look could be achieved. She didn't sugar-coat or make false promises. In the end, I was beyond happy with my colour. There is one more step to go before the look I'm hoping for is achieved, and I can't wait to be back at Beloved. I don't usually enjoy having my hair done, as it can be so time-consuming (I have thick wavy/curly hair), but I truly am looking forward to my next appointment! In addition to her stellar skills and knowledge, Dyana is the best conversationalist; my appointment flew by! Dyana's staff clearly work as a happy team; everyone was ready and willing to help each other out at any moment. It was so heartwarming to see how well everyone worked together, and how happy everyone appeared. The space, too, is so great! Such a relaxing ambiance. Best experience! Thank you, Dyana!

Emma did an amazing job on my hair and it is genuinely the first time in years that I have had a haircut that I was 100% happy with. The salon's atmosphere was also much friendlier than others I've been to in the area. I've gone to many salons in Oakville and I think I've finally found the place for me :)
Got my hair cut by Madison today and she was fantastic! I showed her some reference photos of the cut of cut I was looking for. She asked me what I liked most about the photos I showed her and was was able to pinpoint the best style for me. Madison is very personalable and easy to talk to. Also the scalp massage at the sink was an amazing touch! Definitely coming back!
Booked a haircut with Oriana and it was everything I didn’t know I wanted ? I brought a reference photo of a shaggy bob on straight hair and she talked me through how it would look on my thick curly hair. I’ve never gotten a curly cut before so I really appreciated the extra time and care that went in! Best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon ?
From the second I walked through the door, I felt completely welcomed. The atmosphere in this salon is so inviting it honestly felt like I was visiting friends. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm, and attentive, which made the whole experience stress free! Dy explained everything perfectly, answering all my questions with so much patience. Emma absolutely nailed my hair! I’m beyond happy with the result, it’s better than I could have imagined! And the little touches, like having snacks available, just made it even better. This is hands down one of the most welcoming salons I’ve ever been to!
