got great service from palak and was patient enough to wait for me to choose what to get and helped me by giving recommendations, did not rush me and was very kind.
Only one person working and when they switched between the front cash and back kitchen they didn’t wash their hands or use gloves to handle the food. I couldn’t eat my food I wanted to vomit with the poor mishandling of food. Lack of standards or care were really disappointing.
Had breakfast on Sunday morning. I had the combo egg, bacon English muffin with coffee. The sandwich was freshly made, and the egg was just cooked. The coffee was very good quality for a fast food place. The young lady at the counter was polite and helpful. I would come back again. You can tell they use honest, clean ingredients.
The limited time masala veggie burger was great. The service was quick and the staff was efficient. The mall staff kept the entire food hall clean during the lunch hours that we were there. Kudos.
