Exceptional Food and Unforgettable Service at Big Bam Burger! I simply had to leave a review for Big Bam Burger. From start to finish, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had. First off, the food was incredible. Everything was really good and genuinely tasteful. A truly satisfying burger quality that hit the spot. However, the customer service was the real star. It was top-tier, from the owner right down to every member of the staff. I have a personal rule against pre-tipping and I went against it here. By the end of our meal, the level of service was so genuinely friendly and attentive that I felt like I hadn't tipped nearly enough! That is how great the staff made us feel. As a parent, I also need to give a special shout-out to their booster seats. I know it sounds small, but they had the best booster seat I've ever encountered. Made of a great, leather-looking, high-quality material, it truly added a touch of luxury and comfort for my child. This detail really makes an impression because it shows that Big Bam Burger considers their "littles" to be very important people who deserve the same high quality of care and attention as adult patrons. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food and truly stellar hospitality.
An excellent Halal burger spot in Oakville. Their Okhalahoma burger is excellent, and goes well with their fries and chicken options. Their food is fresh and made with high quality ingrediants. Their sit in area is designed nicely. Though the secret gem has to be their ice cream and gelato. This is the ice cream and gelato that you experience back home. Sarah the host was kind and informative. I definitely will be back to try more.
Tried Big Bam Burger for the first time and was very impressed with the food. The burger and fries were excellent. The drink however was only a can of pop and it would have been nice to have a fountain pop.
The staff was sooo friendly! Worth going to just to be greeted and treated well by staff :) the food was delicious, service was fast but the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the fries were subpar and the poutine was cold and not out of this world worth ordering again. The smash burger and Nashville chicken burger were amazing - 5 stars! But the fries were mid.
Tried a mouth watering burger with a thick, crispy. patty and savory burger sauce. Better than McDonalds, Burger King and A&W. Definitely an underrated spot!
Came in and there was no one on the counter for 6 mins. Then someone came in with no greeting and no explanation. The roll is literally made of a FROZEN 50 cent paratha and the fries are LITERALLY frozen crinkle cut fries. Needless to say no point paying $20 for frozen $3 food. Very low standards and most definitely the first and last time i will be coming here.
