We have had our Hydropool hot tub for 5 years and i would normally not write a review but we have been very satisfied with this product which we run all year. We also have continued to use Backyard Retreat since we bought the hot tube and have always got great service and advice from all the staff and especially Nick. Our hot tube still looks new. We are now changing the insulated cover after 5 years which I think is reasonable considering the winters we have had.
Ive been looking for over a year to finally renovate my backyard when i was recommended from a friend to go see Will at backyard retreat. The reason I'm doing this review is if there is anyone out there looking for a company that takes sincere pride in customer service, it's this place. Will and his staff are nothing short of excellent. Their knowledge and customer service is unparalleled. They take the time to make sure you get what you want and they're always a phone call or an email away even after hours. Just come to this place and don't bother with any others. You won't regret it.
Will is the best. No better customer service than backyard retreat
I don't usually write reviews but the customer service at Backyard Retreat is amazing and this review is well deserved. I am beyond happy with my backyard design which includes pool, landscaping and patio furniture. Preston was always quick to respond to all my questions and concerns via email (and I had A LOT of questions) and she always made me feel at ease. The fact that Backyard Retreat is a small business made me feel valued compared to a bigger chain. I highly recommend this company!
Amazing Service, Amazing Staff! Thank you Will and the entire team for making our dream of owning a hot tub in Toronto possible and painless. It's been 3 weeks and I truly feel like I have my own oasis in my own backyard! If you are from Toronto it is so worth the drive to Oakville and deal with this Dream team!!
