I visited Baskin Robbins last night with a friend and we both ordered milkshakes. Within hours, both of us started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, which strongly points to the milk used in the shakes possibly being spoiled. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially from a place known for dairy-based products. I hope the management takes this seriously and checks their milk storage and handling to prevent this from happening to others.
Fatima and Dania were both super sweet and wonderful! I appreciated their amazing service, and their very welcoming smiles every time we come to the store.

Baskin-Robbins has so many delicious flavors to choose from! The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and always a treat. Definitely a go-to spot for a sweet craving. Thanks to Gagan for always being patient and generous with the kids :)
I had such a great experience at Baskin Robbins Abby Plaza in Oakville! The staff here are super friendly, welcoming, and always serve with a smile. They are quick, professional, and make sure you get exactly what you want. The ice cream is always fresh and delicious, and they take great care in serving and decorating. It’s always a pleasant visit, and I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service and amazing treats!
Posting this a bit late,but definitely did not forget.. I had an amazing experience at baskin Robbin’s thanks to Anna. While I was trying to order chocolate mousse royale on Uber, but there was no option for that, I called the store to ask about it. Anna informed me that because of a recent sale they were out of stock, but provided another option. She told me I could purchase a fresh pack if I wanted the chocolate mousse royale. Thanks to Anna my ice cream cravings were fulfilled!
I’ve been purchasing tubs of ice cream and hot fudge sauce on the side, for 30 years. Last week I went to this particular location and they told me that technically they’re not allowed to sell the hot fudge sauce. Strange, I thought. They allowed me to buy a small tub, charged me $8., but I’m thinking that I’m not returning to that location again.
