7pm on a Monday at 30+ degrees outside and just one girl working incredibly slowly. People being turned away saying they're closed but online shows 10pm. She seemed very dissatisfied that she had to be there and Uber eats orders only made things go even slower. Nowhere to sit out front. The worst part was the ice cream was completely flavorless. I ordered vanilla orange and it was remarkable how it had no flavor at all. Tired it once. Won't be going back again.
I ordered the “Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Cake” for my son’s birthday from this location. I was happy to meet the owners when I picked up the cake. They told me I was the first person to order this cake flavour. I want to let everyone know this cake was delicious!! Everyone loved it! The Vanilla Yogurt mixed with berries was the perfect combination of flavours - nice and light, not too sweet. The cake was beautiful and went well with the firetruck theme colours. We will definitely order this cake again! Our new family favourite. :)
We ordered from Uber. The shop forgot to include the utensils. We had to go back to the shop to pick them up (we are the middle of a move and spoons are all packed up). The shop made it right. There gave us spoons and made our order right. Thank you

Best ice cream I have ever had, coconut with gummies bears, strawberries and cookie dough .. amazing. The staff is very friendly, would highly recommend.
Amazing customer service and amazing ice cream. I have been going here with my kids since they opened. They greet them by name and generous with toppings! They’re patient and alway make our kids feel welcomed. Ice cream is always fresh and delicious! Love chatting with the friendly staff!
Love, love love our local Marble Slab Creamery. It's such a sweet treat to have an ice cream shop so close that has multiple vegan options. I'm spoiled for choice & every time we go in the staff are so friendly & helpful with my requests.
