It's quite apparent that the couple that runs this business are very serious about delivering a great customer experience. I've been very satisfied with my weekly dry cleaning for the past 6 months.

Would give them a zero if I could. Was told to see on two bags (one on each arm) 12cm from the top of the sleeve, not after the 12cm. Also, for someone who claims to have done this before, complete fail!
