I went there this morning (dec 13) and the store was supposed to open at 10 but no one was there so I went to another store and came back. The store was open and the girl working there was talking on her Bluetooth to someone in another language extremely loud. I got a few bras and asked to try them on. She continued talking so loud I could hear her in the change room I needed more sizes but she never came back so I had to step out and ask her to get me more while she was STILL ON HER PHONE! Ended up leaving with nothing. Turns out it's an outlet store and they have extremely limited sizes If you need a 34 or 36 inch band , forget it.
We were helped by Sam and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. She was very kind and patient and such a bright person. Made the whole experience so much better!
The girl in shop was very helpful. Got the perfect size. Though price is a bit on higher side but if you want comfort and perfect size, go for this shop.
The first bra I bought here was good, so I went and bought two more and they didn’t fit at all, something I realized way too late. I went in recently and tried to buy a better one and the bras brought to me all didn’t fit in the same uncomfortable way. They were pushing for a sale more than trying to help me shop for a bra. Terribly discouraging and I won’t be going back.
First time here for a fitting and the service is friendly, knowledgeable and discreet. Lots of styles to choose from, especially for larger chest sizes. Highly recommend! Will be back!
Firstly, I would love to thank the amazing staff at CHANGE at Oakville Place. You folks and this company changed my life. Before my breast reduction this was the only place where I could purchase a bra that fit and actually did the job it was supposed to do. After the reduction, although I can now shop at more locations, I still stick to change because of the phenomenal service and unprecedented customer service. Thanks to the change sports bra after about 10 years of being afraid to run, I am running again and my breasts stay where they are supposed to be. I have tried many bras and no others begin to compare to the products you'll find here! Thank you <3
I hate bra shopping. But let me tell you, I will go no where else anymore. The staff here are great, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all actually care about the fit. Keep an eye out for sales because your wallet will love you and they are plentiful.
