Loved my experience here from beginning to end. I have never been catered to, cared for and served the way i was at Chou Chou Cheri. To the owner, you are so amazing and made me feel like a million bucks. Thank you.
MY FAVOURITE NEW STORE!!! I have struggled my entire young adult to adult life finding bras that fit me, as a larger chested woman I had NO idea I was being sized so incorrectly and I thought that having big boobs was just hell on earth for everyone. WRONG! Avery was SO SO SO attentive to me (and dealt with my mother’s interrogation- thank you) I was so anxious but her knowledge and passion was so apparent and i really left feeling so much better about myself. I put my new bra on as soon as I got the chance and my spine even feels different. The bras are beautiful (which is rare for big sizes) the staff were so kind and supportive and the prices were amazing as well! Thank you so much I will be referring all the boobed up people in my life to this wonderful place! And I’ll be back!
The store has cute pieces, however the customer service is below standards. I found a dress I loved in store. They didn’t have my size on the rack. I asked the associate, Emma if they had a M in the back. She confirmed the one I had (S) was the only one they had in store. She also informed me they wouldn’t be able to order it online. Upon going home & looking at their website it showed the M was available to order. Sure enough, I placed the online order and it was fulfilled the next day. When I went back to the store to try the correct size on the zipper was faulty (no fault of the owner, Avery, invisible zippers tend to stick). However, the solution I was given was to take the dress as is (faulty zipper) at full price or refund. I chose to take the dress and pay for the alterations (additional costs) because I truly did love the dress. Not even a day later Chou Chou Cheri posted Emma in this dress on their social media. They clearly had more than one S in the store the entire time. Dishonest, dismissive, and disappointing. I’ll take my money to other local boutiques that value customer experience before going back here.
Such a wonderful experience shopping with Elle and Avery!! Their passion and knowledge was next level and their enthusiasm made me so comfortable and had me excited to try on more for the first time ever. I will 100% be back.

My first experience was great. I was offered to be contacted for a matching piece which was for my wedding when it became restocked and never heard back. I followed up and still did not hear back.
This is the most fun you'll have shopping for pieces that bring joy and COMFORT! incredible staff and such an amazing selection I'm always in shock! Brought a friend to get her a bridal gift and they were set to help pick the perfect piece for the day as well as educate on how to get the perfect fit!! Would highly recommend
