I have never in my life has such a disgusting experience in any retail store. I brought it two keys from the condo I just purchased and asked for some copies. He took one look and slammed the key down on the table dismissing me. He started yelling at me and shooing me. An agressive and almost abusive in his behaviour made me, a young woman, scared to be there. The only reason this review gets even one star is because I feel so sorry for the young man that works there. He apologized profusely. Obviously this is not the first time. Other customers on the store told me that he picks and chooses who he is nice to. Clearly a misogynistic man. I am still in shock with how he treated my poor mother and I.

Walked into the store with my husband today to get a spare key done for my apartment. Just loved the fast service.. we were in and out in like 2 minutes... the person at the counter was very friendly and helpful and the shop dog was super cute... will definitely recommend this place...
