Amazing, Amazing, AMAZING!!!! Ron was very efficient, fast and polite. He truly has excellent customer service. I lost both of my keys to my Ford Fusion and was desperately trying to find a reliable locksmith. The dealership, as expected, wanted way too much money to make new key-fobs.
