I had a fantastic experience! Went in on one of the busiest days (Friday). The food was absolutely delicious! There were so many good options with affordable prices. We had a few special requests, and Saurin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His service truly made the visit extra enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
I recently visited barBURRITO and was so satisfied with the food. They not only have customized food dishes but also provide excellent services. If you are craving to have some healthy stuff, then surely visit this place.
Please be careful if you want halal food at this location. Last time I was told the chicken and beef were halal but today was told only chicken is halal. The owner must be very careful and tell the truth about if they carry halal products or not. Next time I will ask for their halal certificate. They are otherwise fine and the food is okay but I will not be eating here again since I am not sure if they actually carry halal meat.
We arrived 8:05pm... They close at 9pm(at Oakville Place Mall). ALL the hotplates were already in the back of their store. We asked are you still open? The employee replied, "Yes .. And I just put the food in the back, now". So, my husband and ordered two of their burrito bowls. We saw the employee scoop the rice, beans, and the type of meats we ordered, into a plastic container? Then heard the microwave. (Huh)? *At this point we were hungry after having a long day. We had to go to the mall to exchange a tv electronic item at our cable provider. Being we hadn't had the chance to eat yet..we decided to go to the food court, after our exchange. And little did we know..we would be eating microwave heated food, which we could of done at home! The center of the bowl was cool to warm. Had a couple hot spots. My main complaint is.. I got the number of the owner from head office. I spoke to the owner and just wanted him to know my experience and was this normal to have the hotplate foods in the back at 8:05pm.. then microwave if needing to be served. Basically I got..no care.. a bunch of excuses and he even argued with me that couldn't of happened. I said, my husband and I and the other 3 people in line saw and heard it too. I'm not calling for a free meal. I was only calling of my disappoint and wanted to know is this normal. Then at least, we will NOT eat there after 8pm.
Burrito was alright, but unfortunately the churros are hard as a rock. They make a loud, audible crunch when I bite into them and taste like wood - very little cinnamon sugar. AND they're expensive at $3 each. Definitely don't reccomend.
We eat here approximately once or twice a month. You get a hefty sized burrito for the price you pay. Everything is so filling, fresh and flavourful. The customer service is alwys great wheneveri go. And they also use SKIP THR DISHES which is great for a quick home delivery.
Friendly customer service and fresh ingredients however not anything special compared with Jimmy Guaco's whose Chicken burrito tastes more flavourful. Only complaint was a piece of dried food or something residual on the aluminum pan they placed my burrito shell on directly. (Not appetizing).
