This is the best fast food that is a good price and I love the tacos here that in my mind is the best choice and I really recommend to come here for a try you will always want to come back after the taste that hits your mouth and ashish is one of the nicest employees I have met in a long time.
Avoid this place if you don’t want your food being contaminated with pork and if you eat halal chicken then avoid coming here the manager has guilt tripped me into thinking I was just over reacting not understanding the situation of pork being against my religion spent money to just go towards waste !!!!! Disappointed!
Yesterday I placed an order for pick up through uber when I was outside of the store. Went in and waited 5 minutes the guy there was working on uber delivery orders so he said he would make my order after that I said ok and went outside. After 10 minutes when I went in side to check if my order was ready and it was not. What frustrated me more was two people came to dine in after 15 minutes I placed the order got the food before than me. When I asked the guy ‘it shouldn’t be taking this long to make my order’ his response was main kya karoon main akela hoon. I mean no apologize no sorry. Customer service 0/10
Have been customers for years and always ask for slightly more cheese for my kid- not trying to take advantage but just have a small trick to entertain my kid. The reps have been always kind to accommodate this ask- put many scoop with less cheese each time and we have been a loyal customer too. Today the rep refused to accommodate and says there is an additional charge 1.37 for each scoop of cheese. Sure, we respect your rules. And we will stop being your customers too.
I must say I am quite a big fan of the Quesada chain, and I appreciate the franchise's prompt order processing and quality food preparation. Keep up the great work, team! And thank you, also, for acknowledging some of the order requests that I add by the side (on SkipTheDishes). Look forward to visiting in person.
The food quality as well as the quantity is also not up to the franchise standard. The staff was also a bit rude; I do under that it was the rush hour at Saturday evening but still they could be polite. I hope they improve soon. But I would never visit here again.
I ordered a burrito for the first time and when I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that I had included some sauces in my order that were not vegan. Although they prepared the order, they prepared burritos again after realising I would not eat it and my money would be wasted because the ingredients were not vegan. I know they lost money, but they did everything they could to make the customer experience pleasant. It was a fantastic experience, and kudos to the team for taking customer service to new heights. Thank you very much.
