Awesome experience with John and the entire team at Budds’ Motorrad. Was able to squeeze me in before a trip and was glad that he did. The Budds team were able to get my bike in perfect condition before heading out. Will definitely be back.
John Parker... I can’t seem to understand how people like John, can get a job, let alone be a part of Management.. he has no manners, he is incompetent, he is arrogant & he is extremely rude. He simply does not know how to talk to people. He called me “ Dude “ & “ Son “. When i asked him address me by first name or to not address me at all, this clown had the audacity to hang up the phone when i asked to be transferred to parts.. He can’t simply answer a question; instead he tried to sell me a brake flush. I contacted kyle Rutty, (Service Operations Manager) He immediately attempted to point of flaws on my end. But Kyle seems to think it was related to my “ tone of voice “. However, I was respectful & I didn’t use profanity. Kyle called me back, he apologized for John’s actions. He did not agree with the way John acted & told me, if i wanted to deal with Budd’s, it would have to be though him. This entire thing is a joke. I expected better for Budd’s. Is this what you get for purchasing premium brand? A incompetent Service manager? To a extent that i have to deal with operation manager? All now, he still couldn’t call me and simple apologize. Places like this, Google should have a negative Star rating.
In terms of their sales department, I had a great experience. I really wanted a G310R but there was recall in July so the bikes weren't available. Out of all the dealerships I called in GTA, Budd's Motorrad was the only one that called me back and the salesperson I dealt with, Peter, was very courteous and helpful.
Great service and customer service from Service Manager John Parker. I picked up my bike, in a rush, last Friday, paid and dashed off. I felt it was higher than I was quoted, but I haven't had time to check it out. No need to have worried. John called me to say "a mistake had been made" and he would credit me back straight away. Great job!
