Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Omar, Garry, and Lucas were unprofessional, pushy, and completely dishonest about pricing and fees. They misled me, changed numbers, and treated me with zero respect when I questioned them. No transparency, no accountability—just a shady sales tactic. Avoid this dealership at all costs. You deserve better.
Oakville Sales and service people are too busy to talk to you, even though there are no customers in the store. And this is not just an isolated incidence, it's almost every time I go there.
