It is a nice place to meet and eat while watching a movie. Not costly and not crowded. Very large screen. There are no seating arrangements. You have to watch the movie in a large screen sitting in your car, van or the Jeep. You must have your radio working since the sounds comes through a FM channels of your radio. Better to find how would be the weather before you go to avoid a disaster. Food is cheap and good.
I have been going to the drive-in since 1976 and still loving it.I am so glad this drive in is still in business for the community. Our family go to the movies every Tue or Thu and those weekends that we can't go to the boat we would head out to the drive-in. Their concession serve all kinds of goodies. The line ups may not be that great but it is worth the hassle. Their staffs are courteous and helpful. Have seen numerous cars been boosted by the staffs when the battery died.I hope they stick around for a long time.Oct 9thWe went to the drive in yesterday for 2 features "Venom" & "The Search". This was our first time trying to watch movies at the drive-in in foggy conditions. We couldn't see the picture clear ended up leaving 30min or so into the movie. We've watched in rain and windy conditions but never in the fog. Patron be aware there is no return no matter how bad the weather is.
Love it here. Its like you step back in time. Three great screens and a playground in front of screen two I believe. Decent selection of treats but can be long waits. Offering three movies. Its a great experience here and there is just a very interesting feeling coming to watch movies here. Its fun to watch the old advertisements too!
Best deal in town for a double feature. You can save more on Tuesdays if you can stay up late. Don't expect to get out of there till at least 1 am if you stay for both movies. Hopefully they can last for years to come. At least I have been able to share the experience with our children several times over the years.
Love going to the drive in. Great value 2 feature films for the price of 1 at the theater and you can sit on a comfy camp chair. There are a few short coming like the washrooms could use a little work as there is normally a few stalls that dont lock and no soap to wash your hands. The people that work there need to in force rules like big vehicles park at the back. You must show up at minimum a hour and a half before the shown is going to start to make sure you get a spot.
