Super amazing people. They throughly walk you through everything, super helpful and so friendly. Makes a very welcoming environment, will always be my go to for eye tests!!
My son had an allergic situation, brought my son to clinic at 10am and waited till 10:30, the clinic was closed. The posted open time on the door is 10am. So disappointing
Difficult to reach no one answers the phone! I finally got an appointment but it was the day of storm and appt canceled which is fine. He said he would call back to rebook it - that was in Dec. I called back first week Jan left msg and now it’s Jan 14th and I have NOT heard back. I even drove to the office on a Saturday cause they say open but when you get there a sign says by appointment only!!! Worst service EXPERIENCE ever! And I am a repeat customer who was going back for eye exam and new glasses!
I have a feeling all the 5 start rating here are purchased. There is nothing good at this place. I would give 0 star if i could. People spend your money elsewhere.
Started going here about 4yrs ago, got my first pair of glasses. Since then I've had my sunglass lenses replaced with prescription lenses through them. They standby their products and deal promptly and efficiently with any issues you may have with your glasses. I highly recommend them both as an optometrist as well as an optician.
Very friendly and fantastic service. My rimless glasses had been falling off my face for over a year after they were accidently bent and the plugs attaching the arms to the lenses had been damaged. We came into the store to pick up contacts for my wife and I asked if anything could be done to save them. They very quickly found some suitable plugs and fixed them. As good as new!
Friendly and professional service! Dr. Raman really took time to examine my eyes in detail. It was not the usual cursory 15 minute exam that I was used to at my previous optometrist!
