We've been patients of this optometry clinic for many years, and they consistently exceed expectations. Since their recent move from the mall, the new location is far more convenient and the office environment is very pleasant. What truly sets them apart is their excellent service. If you're looking for a reliable and exceptional eye care, this is the place to go.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone whos looking for an eye exam the place is very clean and the staffs are very knowledgable, professional and very welcoming esp sabrina and bri in the front desk, thank you dr wu for helping me with my prescription and assessing the health of my eyes Best doctor and clinic so far 10/10.

Dr Wu examined by 4 year old with great care and professionalism. He made my wife and I very comfortable and informed of us or potential need for glasses for our son. He also wants to do a follow up to ensure everything is going well for the child and to call him anytime if there are questions / concerns we may have. Great work Dr. Wu!!! S and S

The staff was very friendly and the Doctor is very knowledgeable and she explained every to me, for me to understand. I would recommend this clinic to anybody. I will go back in the future for sure.

The front staff was friendly but I found that the doctor (Dr. Andrea Koo) was so kind, polite and more friendly and was very informative all throughout my appointment which helped make it easier for me to understand what was happening and what I needed to know through every step of my appointment which I appreciated very much because of it being years since I got my eyes tested at this very clinic (2016, 2018, 2022. I love the staff at the clinic; the receptionists and the doctors because I have had the pleasure of having my eyes tested by different doctor's however, Dr. Andrea Koo provided an exceptional experience (10/10). It's also very convenient that LensCrafters is attached to this eye clinic so that once you are completed you have the option of going right next door to choose your glasses and get your prescription filled or leave and go to another place if your choice.

The female doctor (Yan I believe) was very efficient. Effectively explained things to us regarding my aunt’s cataracts. She helped us get a referral to get it treated fast and helped fill in a report so that we could get disability accommodations for a good price. However, in the future when someone calls in regarding how wheelchair accessible your office is and how you treat patients who are immobile, it would be ideal for the in-take receptionist to be more thorough in their definition of wheelchair accessible. Them saying “we have space, can accommodate a wheelchair because we have in the past” was not enough. We assumed that this would hold true but it was quite a difficult (not to mention painful) experience for my aunt. Our experience was made difficult by having to switch from the wheelchair to a chair just to get her eyes looked at in the first examination. Then rolled in that same office chair to another examination room. It would be most ideal to have equipment and tables that can adjust to varying patients heights and their wheelchairs. Bottom line, the equipment was not easily accessible for someone who is wheelchair bound and is immobile due to medical condition without a support worker.

I made an appointment for 6pm which was to include an eye exam and time next door to pick out glasses. I arrived 10 minutes early but waited until almost 6:15 to be seen. When the eye exam was done I asked to look at glasses but was very rudely informed we close in 8 minutes so no you can't look at glasses today . I will not be back and will purchase glass elsewhere. It was not my fault you were behind and I felt after paying the lady I was speaking to was very rude and disrespectful. I mentioned this to a few people that I know and they all said oh I went there 1x and that was enough we should have warned you about them. The optometrist was very nice but the other staff need to learn about customer service.

Hi June, we are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience and we understand it can be frustrating to not be able to have your exam and pick out glasses in the same visit. We try to see patients in a timely manner while adhering to enhanced safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. Thank you for your feedback and we will use this as an opportunity to improve.
