30.00 for sub and soup. Explicitly said no BBQ sauce. They drenched it in it still. Dont speak English. What a buzzkill to eat a good sub. Ate it anyways cause people starving in this world. But not cool at all!
Firehouse Subs in Oakville is definitely one of my top 3 go-to spots for subs/burgers. The place has a nice, cozy vibe with enough seating for about 20 people. Every time I come here, I order the Smoked Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub — and honestly, it’s the best sub I’ve ever had. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu yet because this one is just that good! Customer service is excellent, and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Overall, this location is a fantastic spot for a hearty meal and great service. Highly recommend!
I love eating here. The subs are great. I would just like to say that the last time I was in, the cashier charged me for caramelized mushrooms. I ordered the veggie sub and from my understanding, they are supposed to be included (always have been in the past). I ended up paying extra.
So I heard alot about this place and decided to give it a try. I ordered a large sub with corned beef, pastrami, cheese , mustard and a side pickle. The order arrived and I took a bite and it was totally disappointing. They forgot the deli mustard and there was so much fat in the meat that it was impossible to chew. After taking out all the fat gristle pieces there was hardly anything left. Even the dog didn't want it. Considering this large sub cost me $22.00 plus tax and delivery it was definitely not worth it and I will never order from this place again. Buyer beware ! Stay away from this New York Steamer sub.
The foods always amazing, has been since they first opened. It’s a bit pricey but the quality is there to ensure it. Just a bit upset the pep and cheer has worn off the employees- I can’t blame them, fast food can be a pain. But I will say, it’s what made it a warm and welcoming environment when the location first opened up.
Asked the person who took my money if I could have a pickle. Asked the person who called my name your order is ready. Is the pickle in the container. YES BUT ACTUALLY NO NO NO! How hard is it to put this in . Will NEVER BE BACK.
First time trying Firehouse Subs & I wasn’t disappointed! I’ve always been hesitant to try it since I was unsure of it + it being a little more expensive to try out, but it was amazing! The meatball sub had its cheese stuck to the top of the container when I got it, but it was still pretty good. The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket was probably the best tasting sub I’ve ever had (with double meat). I will definitely be ordering the Smokehouse Beef sandwhich again!
