This place will rip you off, get a 6 inch sub they will cut it in half intentionally giving you the smaller half. When you get meat they literally spread out the meat flat so they can cover the bread with as little meat as possible. Theres 200 other reataurants that will rip you off for cheaper in oakville, avoid this one. Not the typically mr sub experience.
This women, worst customer service you can ever imagine. Most disrespectful experience ever. I am frequent Mr. Sub visitor and is also a Mr sub reward program member. Today was my fiancé’s birthday and we came in to get the birthday offer and she was so disrespectful and was swearing at the back while making the sub that people are shameless, come in to get free subs. We were not here for free sub, we were here for the offer. Thanks to this lady, she spoiled the day as soon as it started. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Summary: They took my money $32.84, never got food. I recently had surgery so needed to do take out (can't drive). Ordered on their app (the Mr. Sub official app) from this store. DoorDash (who they use) called me, said the order is cancelled. Then the store called me, told me they won't send it. I spent $32.84 (including delivery). They said I can come into the store for a sub at another time. I asked for a manager to call me back because I would rather a refund. Never heard back. Eventually went to the store, they say they don't have any information about this. It's a shame, I specifically went here as its a Canadian company but after stealing nearly $40, I'll never go again. I can't reply to your comment so I'll add it was ORDER CONFIRMATION #9277. I also sent an email to head office when it happened.
I've been trying subs for years, but this location is exceptional! Amrit prepared my order with professionalism and kindness. The food was amazing – fresh, delicious, and way better than other locations I've tried. This is my new go-to! Even driving from Burlington is worth it. Thank you, Amrit and team!
