I purchased some winter wear and 2 employees, Tiana and Tonya were absolutely amazing and very helpful throughout my first shopping experience at Sports Chex. They both deserve employee of the month recognition. Will definitely be going back with such helpful people who go out of their way to support struggling shoppers.
Horrible staff! Absolutely apathetic staff who were nothing but sarcastic with no help. Two younger male employees were the worst! Honestly I can’t understand who is the hiring manager for this location! This is Sunday November 16th around 5:30 pm!
Maggie helped me return my order and I was quite disappointed because I felt like she was making a big deal about not having my receipt. I told her I placed the order online and did not receive my receipt through my email. I did have my order confirmation and order number which should be enough to process my return. She eventually did but it was not a pleasant experience. I then picked up another order in the locker cubbies they had and the same thing happened. I needed an email to open my locker and she made it a big deal and said I need to get my email fixed.
Bike service people are knowledgeable and professional. So happy they were able to care for my boys bikes. Very appreciative of their skills. My family Thanks you for your services

I visited on Sunday and found it peculiar that you have a register near the yetis, staffed by a member who appears to be monitoring for theft, which I completely understand given the current high rates of theft; The young man was simply swinging his keys, appearing bored, however, it seems counterintuitive that the register does not contain cash to facilitate transactions when customers are willing to pay, perhaps it would provide him with a more engaging task.
Ordered a pair of ash grey puma golf pants online from this store to Manitoba. Opened it up and it had the most glaring stitching repair above the pocket I've ever seen, wasn't even the same color threads and it had some bad cross stitch pattern..what's crazy is that the tags were still on it and the pants were definitely new so it's not like someone returned them after damaging them. I returned them to the store on Regent in Winnipeg and they refunded me the amount although said they couldn't return shipping which I thought was wild, but the manager there was a nice dude and gave me a discount on some golf balls I would have bought anyway so didn't lose much.
