We bought snowboard from sportchek before, just went there this evening and bought a snowboard carrying bag for our next trip, the young man provided excellent service to us , I would give 6 star if I could , will definitely keep buying sports items from sportchek.
Took my daughter to Sport Chek looking for snow board gear. We had excellent service from an employee named Justin J. He not only took time helping us navigate our choices (eventually we decided on a full set of snowboard, boots etc.) but his friendly demeanor and kindness showed what true customer service is. Justin seemed to know a lot about all the areas of the store. I could tell he really cares about doing a good job and helping people. We really appreciated his guidance and advice.
I had a wonderful experience in Sportchek a couple days ago thanks to the incredible help I received from your staff member Justin. He took the time with me to help me find the perfect snowboard and gear I needed which I am so so happy with. He went above and beyond in assisting me answering every single question I had (which was a lot), while being patient and knowledgeable. When it came to my snowboard boots for example, he was genuinely happy to help me find the right size and took the time to explain how they should fit when I was unsure. His recommendations for the right board and gear for me were spot on. He explained everything in a way that made me feel more than confident in my choices. You can tell he really knows what he’s talking about and cares about making sure customers walk out happy in their purchases and experience in Sportchek. This was truly one of the best, most enjoyable retail encounters I’ve had and I will most definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for someone who’s very friendly, professional, and passionate about what they do at Sportchek, definitely go to him. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and grateful for the help!!
Absolutely amazing experience!! My husband was looking for a pair of winter boots and Max one of the employee came to help my husband and started to answer all the questions about the boots that my husband was interested in and he certainly was very knowledgable and professional, wow we were certainly impressed with his customer service and we talked to the manager to let him know about Max's excellent customer service.We truly recommend this store who wants to experience best customer service.Thank you Max for all that you do.?

Paul in hard goods was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was looking at basketballs and didn’t see any Wilson Evolutions on the shelf, and he noticed I was looking for something and brought one out from the back without me needing to ask. Great experience.
