Price point was great - but I have some concerns with cross-contamination. I ordered an entirely veggie + chicken only meal, and 1/2 the rolls had fish eggs on the bottom. As someone who does not eat this, I was a bit disgusted. Also the chicken in 2/6 rolls was completely inedible and completely hard/fatty. In the photo you can see 3 of the eggs and there was at least 15+ on the last few rolls.
I ordered via Uber - one of the items ordered was general tao, which is a new item on their menu. When I received my order, they wrote on the receipt "no general tao". How unacceptable is it how they did not notify me via Uber BEFOREHAND, so I could order something else in advance? They also did NOT remove the item from their end, so I still paid for it. Very poor customer service.
Whenever I'm in the area, this is the first place I think of when I crave sushi. Decently priced for the amount of food I received and the quality is great for take out! I have not eaten in yet but I will try it out once day.
We have been ordering take out from Mika Sushi for over 10 years and they are still awesome as always. Not sure why the low reviews. Our usual order of sushi, Maki, dragon rolls are always delicious and freshly prepared. Come on River Glen, support your local family run businesses! Try them they won't disappoint.
Decent place but unremarkable. Very nice people but haven’t full rebounded since Covid. Within the college park/ river oaks area there are other places we would order from.
Originally, our order was wrong because there was a problem with their online food order site (Don’t order from the “Hungry Panda” order platform if you’re ordering through google) and unfortunately the picture was very misleading and was nothing like the actual order we received initially. We ordered one of the party trays and after taking it home and realizing it was wrong, we had to drive back 15 minutes to ask them to change it or at least give us a refund. The owners were so nice and understanding and were kind enough to change it for us at no extra cost. Food quality was very good also!
This sushi place was probably the worst sushi i have ever had. The malls i’ve been to serve way better sushi than this place. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. waste of money.
