Jensen has never let me down. I’ve ordered from Jensen for years when I worked in the industry at dealerships and even though I’m out now. I’ll use them as long as I can, as they now fit winters on my wife’s car to haul around our newborn!
I was well received by reception and efficiently attended to. The waiting area was well stocked with snacks snd drinks. My vehicle was cared for competently. All staff members were kind and friendly. Thank you Jensen’s for your service.
Jensen tire has been our go to for a long time, the ladies in the office are very Knowledgeable and the shop guys are great and so are their prices. Mickey is an extra bonus when you visit the shop.

I had a new car and one of my tires had a nail in it, unfortunately it was unrepairable. I went to Canadian Tire and the quote was extremely high, the advice was that 2 tires needed to be replaced as my current tire brand was on back order. Next, I went to Costco who told me I needed 4 tires, the expense was in 4 figures. I called Connie at Jensen Tire, she was able to provide great advice and replace the one tire for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend Jensen Tire as first stop last stop, they are reasonable, knowledgeable and passionate about the customer experience.

I suggested my daughter to have Jensen Tire do her seasonal tire change over this past fall. She recently had a flat tire, and when I went to replace the tire with the spare, one bolt was tightened way beyond spec that even when I stood and jumped on the breaker bar it would not budge. We had to have the car towed because even the tow truck driver couldn’t get the bolt off to a body shop which was a waste of time and money. The next time I bring my car to another place for tire service I’ll be asking if they torque to proper spec and if they use anti seize on the bolts. If the answer is no, I’ll be moving on to a shop that follows proper steps. So frustrating!
