Went to MTC to get winter tires on. They were great and very helpful. I knew my tires were almost bald and I appreciated that they did not try to upsell me on something unnecessarily expensive. I dealt with Allan and Howard - they were great and super patient even though they were extremely busy.
They are not reliable when it comes to tire balance. My car had severe shaking after passing 100 km/hr on the highway and I took it to them. They balanced the tires even though one of the tires did not pass with showing zero. I took the car back and problem worsened. I took it to somewhere else, and sure enough, tires were not balanced properly. One tire had liquid inside which would have never passed the balance test.
Excellent service for a First time customer @ MTC this am. Heading out on vacation tomorrow morning and discovered a slow leak in one of my tires. Looked for a shop close to home and thought I’d give MTC a try. Tire was repaired promptly and I was on my way. Thanks so much to Robert and team, I can now hit the highway with no concerns. I will definitely be back!!
Today I had new tires installed on my SUV at MTC Tire in Oakville I had emailed for a quote and was responded to in a timely reply and booked appointment for today at 1pm I arrived early least 20 minutes and they took me right in and installed the 4 Michelin Cross Climate 2 in my Land Rover Discovery They were fast and friendly and the work was quality for sure Love the tires and they bagged up my winter tires and put in the truck Tires feel amazing on my SUV and I have no hesitation to recommend them for work Very professional place and staff Big thumbs up for the job from start to finish guys Thank you
Howard Cox and his capable crew have been servicing my cars and supplying new tires for over 20 years: reliable, reasonable cost and they take the time to explain what they're proposing to do. Took our 1970 Chevelle in for alignment and couldn't be happier with both the service and the results. It's really tough to find reputable shops to do jobs on classics these days, but these folks do it right! highly recommend to any and all classic car enthusiasts that need any and all thing tire and steering related.
