We have booked several vacations with Michelle at Flight Center Oakville Place. The biggest and best being our dream wedding in Aruba. Michelle did a fantastic job co-ordinating flights and resort details for all 16 of us, including one guest coming from England. She always goes beyond our expectations to look after the all important little details. We recently worked with Julian Manna at Flight Centre Oakville Place. His planning of our 2 week trip to The Greek Islands was flawless. It was so nice having such a stress travel plan with no hiccups. Every transfer was there as planned and the planning was thorough and thoughtful. From the start, Sonia was very helpful in making arrangements for our family's first trip to Hawaii!! It didn't hurt that she had already visited this dream destination, especially since we wanted to ensure we got a family friendly island that would accommodate all of our needs, mine being (ocean view). She was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I don't doubt that our experience will be great, since we now have our travel times booked with comfortable layover times and we've booked excursions based on her suggestions that from the sounds of it will aim to please.
