Five stars for all the staff at Flight Centre for great customer service. They helped with all my questions and were so patient when I had to rearrange travel dates. It was such a huge relief to leave all this in their capable hands. Booking online is so time consuming and when you don't travel regularly it seems overwhelming to figure out what the best rates are and what sites to go on. I've been working with Kate Neufeld on my travel plans for a few years after randomly booking a Cuban vacation with her. Since then she has helped with trips to Peru, Cuba, Germany, St. Martin, Portugal, Iceland and Sweden and probably more. She is super helpful and is a great resource not just on bookings but advice. She has gotten to know what type of traveller I am and always has appropriate advice to my preferred travel style and is honest letting me know my options, with or without Flight Centre. She always ask for feedback after a trip which she then uses to advise other customers. When it comes to prices, she works hard to price match if you find a lower one online, which I greatly appreciate. A couple of years ago I had a major issue with a flight and Kate made sure to sort it out so I didn't lose any money on it. I don't live in the Oakville area, but always work with her as she is very responsive via e-mail and over the phone and I have referred friends to her as well. Even if I'm booking something that can be booked online, working with Kate saves me time as she can contact the company and get my questions answered without me having to wait on the phone. My Boyfriend and I had a great experience with Flight Center Oakville when planing our trip to Thailand this spring. Kate listened to what we wanted to accomplish during our time over there and helped us plan our trip from beginning to end. She was able to guide us through what it would be like being in a different country and knew the stuff we shouldn't miss out on. While over there we went to several destinations , which meant transitioning from one place to the next. Kate made the transitions very smooth and we always knew where we needed to be. While we were there we still had some questions and concerns and she was able to respond quickly and provide us with support.
