We came here tonight (3 of us) and the food was amazing. We had an issue, and we talked to the young lady behind the counter about it (who was making the shakes/charging for payment). I just want to acknowledge that I appreciate how she handled the situation. I know it isn’t easy to be in the service industry, especially when the loudest feedback is usually negative. I want the owner(s) to know we will be return customers, simply because of how she handled the situation (and we are not from Oakville!). I wish I got her name. Customer service that is real (and not rigid just to be rigid) is very hard to come by. Please pass this on to her!
They are from different world!? Their attitudes were out of control. They cannot even speak properly and are not ready to take customers at all(throwing menues). Guess the owners changed. This restaurant is done soon.
Just ordered an extra large pho for delivery. Was only given one tub of the broth. Guess it’s no longer pho soup but noodles. Terrible. Last time I ordered portions were very small. This use to be a good spot. Not anymore.
We just ordered an XL pho special and barely had enough broth. It should come with two broths, not one!!! Take a look at the photo when put in a pot to reheat.
Food quality and presentation is so bad here. I might have ordered the wrong food. The vermicelli with chicken is basically a bowl of vermicelli, like a mountain. And it doesn’t even taste that fresh. I will not go back again~
I would give minus 1 if I could. They treated us like dirt because we wanted to have a bigger table which is for 5 people instead 4(we are 4 tall people).the place was half empty when we walked in and as paying customers we could not choose where to sit and the lady there today was so rude. Hope this gets to the owners. We have been very frequent customers for 3 years but we will never return.
I love this place I have been going since I was a little kid. Me and my family always get treated like family. We have a good relationship with Kai, who works here.
