This place will give you a budget paint job and lie to your face. If you're looking for a temporary fix this is your place. DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE REVIEWS. Ask surrounding businesses for their opinion on A4motors before giving them a cent. Unprofessional, & filthy shop full of untrained employees. Do not trust a word they say. You have been warned.

Top notch in every way. From the timing of the quote, to the quote itself (much cheaper than other shops in the area), to the service and the actual workmanship - I couldn’t ask for more. Our car had some damage, as we were involved in a small accident, and it’s like nothing ever happened at all. A4 got our rim repaired to look as good as new, fixed any dents and discolouration on the body, and re-painted beautifully. They even met us on a Sunday morning when the shop was closed to hand over the keys. Will be recommending to anyone and everyone in the area and beyond.
Paint matching was perfect, but filled my rear quarter panel with bondo, for a rust spot 2cm across. Left bodyfiller exposed without paint, rust will definitely return soon. Cost me close to $700 (after a 10% discount) for 2cm of surface rust to be improperly fixed. Instead of offering a refund, guy patched it up on the spot and sent me on my way with wet paint on my car. You’re better off doing this work yourself over a weekend.
I can't be more clear, do not bring your car here! What a disaster, the repair work was so bad it made me sick to my stomach when looking at my truck. A4 was the most expensive quote I received and so I was expecting great things based on the reviews I saw. Unfortunately this shop has definitely lost its touch and attention to detail. To make things worse there were more scratches and scuffs on my truck from the lack of care people there take when moving around the vehicles in his very tight shop. I don't think I've ever seen such poor quality autobody work done, there were runs in the paint, varying texture of the clear coat, bumpy rough areas where the repair was done, and misalignment of where two parts of the front were supposed to align. After their first attempt at the repair, I brought it back and they agreed to fix it, made all sorts of excuses why it happened and wasn't really their fault which I wasn't impressed with; if you mess up, own it and take care of it... When I got my truck back the second time, there were still scratches on the newly panted areas from the lack of care once again taken by the people who put the truck together. I waited there another 2.5hrs while they fixed a bunch of areas were the paint was not buffed properly and the texture was rough. The repair work is still not perfect and there is still a bump and a crease where the repair was done so when the sun shines it stands out like a sore thumb, There are new scratches on the front hood as well that were not there before. The owner made no offer to fix it any further and made excuses for how it couldn't be fixed any better. Anything is fixable! I don't trust them to touch my truck anymore. It is quite unfortunate that the quality of work from this shop is so poor. I tried to work with a small shop where the Owner was the person doing the repair, feeling like that might be the better way to go... guess not. And to top things off, no warranty on any of the work they do, so good luck.
Got my car back today after have some scrapes repaired. Looks as good as new! Paint matches perfectly and it's as if they never happened. Also in my initial quote they noticed something another shop I got quoted at didn't which will make a difference when I sell my car. Attention to detail is so important. Definitely recommend these guys.
