I damaged my side mirror recently. A small issue for a big company like MB but a big issue for me! I first went to the dealership where I was expertly advised (thanks to the manager, who happened to be there. He put my mind at ease, was reassuring and understanding). I was then referred to the collision centre. Laud (?) looked after my problem expertly and swiftly - because time was an issue for me. Not only was the repair done quickly, it was also cost effective. I was greatly relieved! In addition, my winter-weary, salt/ice/snow covered car was returned in pristine condition, INSIDE and out ! I don't plan on visiting the MB Collision Centre often (ha!) but should it become necessary, I know I'm in the best of hands. As a senior MB driver, I appreciate personal customer service as much as the professional service on my vehicle.
