Completely unsatisfied with the repair and the unprofessional behaviour from the GM. Aviva needs to do a better job of selecting preferred vendors. Oct 2, 2025 That website says 404 not found.
I recently had my vehicle repaired at this location following a collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Special thanks to the front office team (Amy & Hema) for their consistent updates and clear communication, which made everything seamless. The technicians in the shop delivered outstanding workmanship—my car looks and drives like new. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of quality auto repair.
On April 7th my 2008 Mustang GT was hit by a tire that came off of another vehicle, about $6000.00 damage was done to the car. I took it to CARSTAR Oakville East to have the repair work done and can’t say enough about the great experience dealing with the shop and especially Phil who’s professionalism and courtesy I’ll always be grateful for. Incredible job done on the repair work and no issues whatsoever with the setup of the rental car through the shop as well. Again my thanks to Phil and the team at CARSTAR Oakville East.
Phil and the team were communicative and responsive to my requests for updates (due to COVID-19 parts shipping delays). On pick up, my Jeep looked brand new-- perfect body/paint job, washed exterior, cleaned interior/tires, etc. These were nice touches and a pleasant surprise. I noted a tiny scratch and Phil was quick to polish it on the spot to ensure that I left completely happy. And their COVID-19 precautions were also great (wrapping your steering wheel/seat, etc. so you know everything is sanitary). Overall, great customer service - I would recommend this place for your car repair needs.
Neil & his incredible team will take care of you. The service he provides is fantastic. I unfortunately have had some bad luck getting into 2 accidents last 6 months but carstar were great. Phil at the front desk is professional & is honest. He works hard to get your car fixed in short order. Car star follows up with you keeps you updated & honestly care about the customer. I love Carstar I was incredibly frustrated & worried and they take that worry away by providing such great service. My car looks fantastic & I was happy. Thanks Car Star
CARSTAR representative gave me $600 higher estimate for the same body work on my car than 2 other companies close by. After I asked why the labour price is so high the representative asked me " What would be good price for you?" I found it was very unprofessional and disappointing.
Thank you to Neil and his team for being so professional and dependable. They put a lot of love into their service and the work they do. Though my job was small, they certainly did not treat me as if it was. They tried to make my experience as seamless and headache free as possible. I appreciate their transparency and quality of work! If it wasn’t for my neighbour, I would have not known about this great body shop!
