Hassan was so helpful, our contractor was delayed because of a health issue and keeping our order at their depot was very convenient and handled so well.
Excellent customer service from Zach. Popped in without a plan to purchase though we were in the market for several different bathroom furnishings etc, and his help and efficiency was so good we ordered a bunch of things and it was great value for money. Will be buying again from this store.

He dedicated his time fully in answering all my questions doing his very best to fulfill my requirements. He was very professional, thorough and detailed oriented. Was a very polite young man. Prior to my visit at Bath Depot I had already purchased all my bathroom fittings so was simply seeking accessories.
