***Amazing Customer Service*** Binu was very knowledgeable about their products and provided us with our best options for all of our bathrooms. He’s has alot of experience, is very professional, straightforward and honest. He even took the time to use their design software to give us a visual representation of various options for our bathroom redesign and fixture locations. We were pleasantly surprised at the very high quality of their bathtubs. They are well made, strong, sturdy and sleek with a beautiful finish. Bonus is that they are manufactured in Canada which we absolutely loved.
Excellent service! I emailed Customer Service for a knocking sound from recently installed shower panels. A few days later, I received a phone call from Nabeel telling me that a replacement part was ready for pickup. The Store Manager has very good product knowledge and experiences. Thank you for your awesome services after sales.
Had a really terrible experience at the Oakville branch with a refund, one of the worst customer experience I've ever received. Not only that, the manager Nabeel Khan made me feel worthless, very poor listening skills (as already noted by someone below), rude, arrogant, defensive and perhaps thought he was super smart and everyone else are idiots. Rebecca (who I dealt with earlier) was really good, but I was told that she no longer works there. My perception of this brand has definitely gone south. I wish bath depot hired qualified store managers with basic customer service skills. Never coming back here nor would recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent quality of customer experience.
This was my first time coming into Bath Depot and I have to say it was an amazing experience! I had no idea what I wanted to do for my bathroom reno and the Manager Mellisa Paul was such an amazing help! She helped me with the overall design of my bathroom, along with picking out some really great pieces. I was able to select some great fixtures and the look of the bathroom overall is luxurious! Great help from Mellisa and Bath Depot! Will definitely be coming back for other purchases!
Horrible customer care. The manager at the store talked horrible to us, he didnt listen at all. One of these guys that believe that has all the answers and knows everything - who will put him in charge? He blame my contractor for missing pieces when in reality it was a returned item that was sold to us. Sorry but i am not coming back. Good luck.
Horrible service. Such an unorganized store. Horrible quality. Was promised an item which they took payment for and then 3 days later told us they don’t have it anymore based on a mistake someone made from their company. Instead of making the customer happy, overcharged on another product. Would never recommend or shop here again!
I’m always a bit apprehensive about buying a product online, sight unseen, from a person or business that I don’t know, but bath depot was a great experience all around. My shower shield arrived in less than 4 days after I ordered it by phone, exactly as described (even better actually) and was easy to install. A pleasant surprise as the price of this unit is about 25% the cost of the comparable units that are offered online from Western Canadian distributors…I wish you had an outlet here in Alberta! Great product, and excellent service.
