We had a complete kitchen renovation done by Kolani 12 years ago. It still looks like new. One tap assembly did wear out and come loose recently, but it came with a lifetime warranty. I had no trouble at all in getting the replacement parts, and the service response was great.
Kalid was extremely responsive with a shower head warranty! The new location in oakville is beautiful with a vast selection of products and it’s so bright! Highly recommend
We recently renovated our ensuite bathroom - a 28 year dream in the making. Customer care excellent for Kolani. Toto toilets for about $1000.00 each on sale.. GARBAGE. The full skirted option.. looks great but makes sounds. On top of the sounds the chain inside the tank catches on the bump of a working part .. keeping it running (professional insulation) and you don’t realize your brand new toilet is running all day. Provider and plumber were very professional. The TOTO toilet is beyond disgusting. Thank you Toto for all the extra water bills. Do not waste your money on TOTO. At this price point for a basic toilet there should be zero issues. Do not Spend a cent on a Toto toilet!
