I started doing my lashes before going on vacation in August and am now hooked. Serena is absolutely amazing and is an artist when it comes to applying lashes. She listens to what you want and delivers!!! What adds to the experience is how warm and welcoming everyone is there ? I love how I look everytime I leave ❤️ and MY LASHES LAST SO LONG!!!!!
I came in a couple days ago and had a lash lift and tint with Caitlin and it was amazing! Makes getting ready so much faster with these results! The salon aesthetic is very classy highly recommend their services. Especially with Caitlin. She’s very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating!

I got a full wet set of lashes done with Caitlin, they looked absolutely phenomenal and lasted several weeks. Caitlin was super kind and professional, I would definitely recommend getting your lashes done with her!
✨ Had gel nails and a Russian manicure done by the sweet and talented Ireray. My nails lasted over 3 weeks (and that’s with me having 2 boys and working a lot with my hands!). She did such a beautiful job—my hands are small, and the way she shaped the nails to look natural yet delicate was truly artistic. Bravo! ??
I have been getting my lashes done here for a number of months now and always receive consistent service. The studio is very clean and all the technicians that I have had so far have been excellent (Dasha, Claudia, & Serena). I find my lashes last much longer compared to the many other studios I’ve tried.
I came to this Lash Studio to get a lash removal I had never previously gone to this studio and the space is curated so nicely, I had very high expectations (especially claiming to be #1 in oakville) Having had lashes for months, I am very accustomed to what I should expect, as well as have had lash removal done multiple times. This was by far the WORST experience i’ve ever had in the lash industry the technician doing the removal got the chemical solution in my eye MULTIPLE times (twice in my right eye, once in my left) after lifting my eyelid causing the solution to go into my eye. She pulled on my natural lashes with tweezers, and also plucked the skin on my eyelids twice. At one point, she was rubbing under and over my lash line and poked my eye with her nail. I was quite literally wincing in pain, verbally expressing my pain and was on edge the whole experience. She had asked if it my eye was still burning in the middle of the service. When i said yes she said it shouldn’t because she could no longer see the remover in my eye. Not once did I receive an apology. Not to mention, another lash technician was present in the room the whole time working with another client and nothing was done at all. At the end of the service my eyes were still burning from the chemicals so I went to the bathroom to rinse my eyes out with water. For some miracle my eyes were not red. She had asked me for my method of payment and politely, I had told her that this service was extremely painful and I did not want to pay for a service done so poorly. She accused me of faking the pain i endured and said that I should pay her for the service, even though it was clearly done incorrectly. She then told me to “get out” and to “just leave” When taking up the complaint with someone else who works there the next day, I was warned that “get out” and “just leave already” could have been misinterpreted on my end because of a language barrier. Rolling eyes and using hands to motion me to leave has nothing to do with language whatsoever. In the end, I was told that the matter would be taken care of which i’m thankful for because i would never wish any other customer the same pain and rudeness I experienced The lady that I worked with needs to seriously work on her customer service skills and her lash removal techniques.
