I actually went to pick up too good to go, which is fabulous, but I bought the bean hummus and I don’t know what the previous reviewer is talking about, I love it! Creamy flavourful delightfully garlicky, and they even topped it with carmelized onions, I had half of it for dinner with crackers, it’s quadruple the size of grocery store hummus and it was only ten bucks! Plus the treats I picked up with too good to go, I had an éclair and it was so good!! Everything tastes home made and delicious, I will be back for too good to go and to try some of the other food, I saw lasagna and some other yummy looking food I’m very interested in trying when I pick up, and bonus it’s less than ten minutes from my house! What a delightful gem, super happy I can confirm that the tiramisu is stupid good, omg, yum yum yum , get it!
Stumbled upon a true hidden gem at Casa Romana Sweet! Their impressive range of pastries, including gluten-free options, is absolutely delightful. The cheesecake, Delia, pistachio cake, and walnut-filled treat we tried were all wonderfully fresh and flavorful. While the family-run bakery has charm, the service could be more welcoming - our server wasn't particularly pleasant during our visit. Still, the quality of their baked goods makes it worth a try for anyone seeking a satisfying sweet experience.
Went for a wedding cake tasting and was very happy with the service, atmosphere, and of course the sweets! Very generous folks that run this place. Definitely a hidden gem.
I went for coffee and cake and it was the best coffee and cake I ve had. The cake was so fresh and rich and I ve also tried the feta cheese pastry which was amazing. The service was excellent. Everyone is so warm that they make you feel you want to go there again and again. I highly recommend this cafe.
Amazing atmosphere and even more amazing sweets! By combining various flavours that just tantalize your taste buds, they manage to create well-balanced deep flavour, yet refreshing cakes, cup cakes and pastries. A true hidden gem in Oakville.
Worst coffee ever in my life that I had to leave it there. Ordered cappuccino and I thought nothing can go wrong with this, my friend ordered simple Americano which was simply diluted coffee. We ordered a pastry and it was soggy and drowned in syrup. Place itself is very cozy and cute but they really need to improve the food quality.
Stopped in for an unplanned beverage and a snack and totally lucked out. What a great place! The fruit pavlova was absolutely amazing, and so was the iced cappuccino. Looking forward to going back to try more.
