I had the absolute best experience here with Kim. My daughter is only 8 but very tall and wears a size 16. I could not find anywhere that had dresses to fit her height and broad shoulders - not only does Grandma's Little Darlings carry the biggest range sizes for First Communion dresses, but they went out of their way to bring in dresses that would fit, with only a couple weeks to go when we realized the dress we had boughten a few months ago was now too small. And their prices are absolutely incredible! Highly recommend, and will be going here with my other 2 children as well, as they go through their big events / are in weddings / etc. Thank you!!!
called to see if they where open, the women was very short and rude on the phone. I was asking how there ordering worked as there is a jacket I was looking at online, she cut me off and just said no I cant help you. I am now doing the drive to woodbridge as id rather pay a bit more and be treated respectfully. Id go else were!
Amazing customer service offered by Kim. She was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. The children's quality of clothes is excellent. I purchased a toddler boys outfit for a wedding where he will be the ring bear. I will always recommend Grandma's little Darlings to anyone looking for a cute, pretty or handsome, good quality, special outfit for that special day. Shopping online was easy and shipping came quickly.
Purchased both my kids communion outfits here, and my daughter's flower girl dress. We live 2 hours away, the owner went above and beyond. Amazing quality and customer service. Can't recommend enough!
Had to repost my review, used wrong account. Horrible customer service had no answers to our questions no help what so ever ...the only good thing were the prices ...I cannot reply to the owners response (they had previously replied) but it was the attitude and tone with which we were served that bothered us not the fact that none of our questions were answered. The other store we went to and purchased from had zero issues answering any and all of our questions, they were super friendly and the price was over 20 bucks cheaper.
