I was gifted some cute outfits for my girls from this store (on multiple occasions). They are always a hit. Unfortunately, this time they weren’t the correct size, but we had the gift receipts. The ladies in the store helped to exchange them for different outfits, I got some good advice from what to match. They have a little play corner in the store so the girls played in the meanwhile.

I am very disappointed in the customer service are this jacadi shop in Oakville. Their sales representative made an error which they insisted I hold a “credit” for while they sourced the product from the US where it is available. Months later with no response I asked for an update :no accountability , no notes on file , apparently they “can’t get it@. “It” bring the original jacsfi fragrance which you cdn getbitvserms from my research anywhere else in the world but they were not aware of the impediments tonobtdinjbgbitbehrh I agreed to Wait for them to get it . That was pre- Xmas last year. But no they have clung to it like a life jacket . Although I paid with visa the latest development is that it is now a cash only return ..still the courtesy of a response with details as to when I can pick It up has not been received . In higher end retail everywhere customers can expect to Be treated with a slight bit of respect and professionalism . I’m sorry but not here. The merchandise sells itself .. I have shopped for my children at Jacadis in the US, Toronto( Yorkville) and France. Thr luxury kids’ brand is brilliantly managed everywhere but Oakville . I have never encountered the boneheadedness and aging librarian -style fumbling of the four different days people all female ( including the owners daughter !)regarding my long overdue return . I would rather walk a mile in the rain than ever consider this shop again . However If/when I receive my refund I will describe the experience here. So far it has been both humiliating and disgraceful . Calling at 5:58 pm on a recent Friday night to inquire if I might pick up my cash refund as the last sales person I spoke to Insisted I do …someone picked up The phone , breathed heavily into the receiver then hung up. Not once but twice. It’s the icing on the cake or as the French would say “Mais c’est inacceptable”!

My wife and I are tired of the "run-of-the-mill" type clothing stores for babies and children. We visited this store today and we were very pleased with the high quality and selection of their clothes. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We will definitely be returning to this store for more purchases!

Normally do not leave reviews but i felt that I needed to warn people about the horrible customer shopping experience I had here. No greeting when i walked into the store. Just a straight rude blank stare with no “hello, how are you, welcome to jacadi” that you would typically expect walking into a retail store- absolutely nothing at all. They clearly looked at me and made eye contact and said nothing and let me tell you - the store was not busy at all at this time. The two staff working (one at cash and one walking around) clearly do not have any skills in customer service and were just plain rude. I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not shop here.

To the owner of the store: I normally do not write any negative comments on Google Reviews, but after the EXTREMELY NEGATIVE customer service experience at the bayview location, I have to share my experience. I purchased a dress at the Oakville store for my niece for her baptism TWO DAYS AGO, and it turned out it runs small so I exchanged one size up at the Bayview store. However, the front desk girl told me the zipper was “broken” and she refused the exchange. I was surprised so I took a look at it and I believe the zipper was “jammed” instead of “broken”. I tried to negotiate with her politely and see if we can come up with any solutions. However, all I get from her was “this is none of our business” “if you can fix it, I will accept the exchange” “we always examine the condition before it leaves the store” “it is beyond my responsibility” So I called the Oakville location and the sales lady asked me to bring the product to Oakville and let the owner decide. And I thought it’s better to get the dress examined by an experienced tailor. The tailor literally just PULLED THE ZIPPER BACK and it went back to NORMAL. She told me the dress is perfectly fine and the reason that cases the problem is that the teeth of the zipper is not aligned. And it should NOT be considered as DAMAGED. I went back to the Bayview location and they finally agreed on exchange. After that, I talked with the same sales girl again about the poor attitude. And she had a thousand excuses about why she could not do the exchange. “The owner’s daughter was at the store and she didn’t want to exchange” “It is beyond my expertise so I could not fix that” “We have store policy” “We have data about the dress and it does not have quality problem” I asked her “if you were a customer, what would you feel after just purchasing it 2 days ago?” She keeps a fake smile and said “I understand. But it is beyond my expertise and the decision was authorized by the owner’s daughter” There was No empathy, No apology, No regret during the whole conversation. All the mistakes were pushed back to me. And she keeps the fake smile during the whole time. I had lots of luxury brand shopping experiences, and None behaves in this way. I believe the retail shopping experience should Align with the brand. I was treated with ZERO RESPECT, ZERO EMPATHY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Bayview. YOU CAN HAVE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES BUT IT DOES NOT DENY THE FACT OF NEGATIVE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I have worked at the luxury retail industry before. And I am telling you that IT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. No wonder the google review is only 3.2 I will write an email to Jacadi Paris about the whole experience and will write a post on instagram.

Terrible experience and horrible staff. I was gifted two outfits from my great aunt and they were a size too small but she didn't have a receipt. The clothes were new, with tags on and in perfect condition but I needed size 3-6 not 0-3. I drove 40 minutes with my 8 week old to the store hoping I could exchange them. As a new first time mom, I admit I didn't look (or feel) my best but I really didn't want the outfits to go unused. When I got into the store the sales associates were immediately cold to me. The only reason I could think of is that I didn't look like anyone else in the store. After finally getting an associates attention, I explained the situation and she told me I should have called and it was my fault for assuming I could swap out the size. They were extremely unhelpful, rude and quite honestly I felt judged the second I stepped foot inside. One of other associates told me I was crazy for thinking I could do anything with the items without a receipt and was almost mocking me... keep in mind that I am sleep deprived, sensitive and with my newborn. I walked out wanting to cry and will never be returning. Be warned... if you do not look like someone who would shop at Jacadi Oakville the staff will treat you like scum. I thought we were done with discriminating people in 2023.

I am so shocked hearing all these negative comments. My daughter has been wearing Jacadi for over 4 years. Prior to discovering jacadi, I had to wait until we visited my family in England and did her shopping that would last two 2 years. When i bumped into this store, it was a life changing. I don't have to change currency before shopping any longer. Although it was a branch at sheway gardens. When i heard they closed down, i was so sad that even hubby was mad. Then i noticed there is one at Oakville, which is like 30mins away from me, and they closed early. I used my lunch break every time or rushed out. So many times they had to wait for me and we closed together. The customer services are so patient and professional. Atimes, i had to apologize for my lateness because it's almost every time. Please know i also shopped for my friends children birthday. Come to think of it, i dress real down as in sweat pants or pjs because i worked from home, and they never looked down on me. About the sizes, you had to do one size up for 8 years and will wear 10, and this is the same thing when i shop from England. Also you need to know your child's body, not everything from the store will fit perfectly but there are lots of varieties. In their defense, maybe the particular person was so tired and needed rest. Now i am extremely mad. i forgot you don't open on boxing day. Please, i need a few things for my goddaughter who lives in alberta, and it has to be today. Please come open for few hours just few

Afternoon Hailey, we are sorry to hear about your experience at our store. We located your aunts receipt dated Dec 26 2022. These items were purchased on final Boxing Day sale, which was communicated with your aunt. Understandably, that may have not been communicated to you. Our store policy is 30 days after purchase on regular priced items only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
